Positive: We stayed a month ago and had an uncomfortable night due to bulky pillows. This time there were a choice of pillows and it made a huge difference to our sleep. Had a great sleep. No noise from the airport. Soundproofing is awesome.
Negative: The automatic light when you open the cupboard worked too well. The door didn't close properly and therefore the light stayed on. Fixed by cramming the chair against the door. Everything else was great.

Negative: Hallways look tired tatty and appear a little unclean. Staff are pleasant but seem like they are going through the motion. Just a suggestion re breakfasts for early flights maybe have a grab and go option that competes with airport food

Negative: It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The toilet paper was the cheapest quality and I felt like I was using a public toilet. There was no coffee only decaf. It was quiet but I could still hear some planes and some noise from the corridor.
